About Rebecca

The broker she wishes she'd had at 21.

No one starts out an expert. Rebecca knows that. She's made the mistakes... picked the wrong loan, structured it the wrong way, locked herself out of her own equity. She doesn't pretend otherwise.

The Story

Seven properties, and a list of mistakes I'd love to save you from.

I bought my first property at 21. I had no idea what I was doing. I went straight to my bank because that's what you do, right? They gave me what suited them, not what suited my goals.

Two years later I had to refinance the whole thing, and that cost me time, money, and a decent chunk of my confidence. The structure of my first loan had boxed me out of buying the second one the way I wanted to.

That experience is the reason I became a broker. I wanted to be the person I'd needed. Someone who explains the structure, not just the rate. Someone who thinks three moves ahead, not just to settlement day.

I broker under Maxfin, an Australian brokerage that's been operating for over 22 years. That depth sits behind every recommendation I make... lender relationships, compliance, and a team that's seen every kind of deal.

My partner and I have built a seven-property portfolio together since then, and we're still growing. Every property is a different lesson in how finance structure either opens doors or quietly closes them.

People work with me because I make them feel seen, heard, and comfortable in a process that usually feels stressful and intimidating. I'm where a lot of people want to get to... and I'm honest about how I got there.

Lived Experience

Seven-property portfolio built with my partner, and still growing. I'm not theorising about what works... I've done it.

Structural Clarity

Every conversation starts with the same question... what are you actually trying to achieve? Then the finance is structured around that. Plain English, no jargon.

Broker For Life
